集团的健身 classes are a great way to stay in shape and have fun in a group setting. We will offer a variety of classes that build muscle strength as well as cardiovascular 耐力.

Technically Sound: Have you ever wondered if you were doing an exercise correctly? Do you experience pain with movements performed in an exercise? Here’s a chance to learn exercises in a safe and correct manner. This class will work with light weight and 阻力带 to get a feel for each exercise.
